Meaning
- Since over 20 years ago South Korea has been supporting North Korea by giving them food, suppliers, extra... which is called 'Sunshine Policy' which was originated from old story sun and wind bet on making a man to take off his coat by making warmer and windy. Finally obviously sun won by warm weather and which was showing by being nice make their mind open. This policy has been continuing to North Korea for unification with South Korea but until now there were only some meetings, there wasn't any issue about unification. In the cartoon the reason why food was drawn as cheese is North Korean president looks like a rat so it meant to show audience its a trap for unification and the other reason why nuclear bombs are there is to show how North Korea is showing off their power of North Korea. The actual aim of this policy is by being nice to then South Korea and North Korea will be together and South Korea could take a control over North Korea.

Conotation
The boys are represent the life of the elementary students in Korea. This marathon is the 21st century knowledge marathon - which means how much the students are learning. Every student are learning from the other place - not in just school. This is sponsored by Korean Government.
What do I want to say?
This is one of the biggest problem in Korea. Actually, elementary students have to start studying in the school. However, their parents denied to make the students to play. They want their kids to win with the competition of other students, so they make them to study more things that they have to do. This makes the students really stress. Some students can solve high school math question, because of this phenomenon.

This cartoon refers to The Moscow Trials that took place under Stalin’s reign. He holds a gun to a man’s (depicting Lenin) head who is reading from a board. He is confessing to the crime of opposing the Communist revolution and is to be executed for it. The writing below reads “Ladies and Gentlemen, this man has committed crimes against our motherland. He has betrayed us all”, said by the Man of Steel or “Stalin.” The irony is that while Stalin preaches this he is the real enemy. He holds a Nazi flag not because he is a Nazi but because he opposes everything communism stood for and is therefore killing Lenin, the father of the Russian revolution. The flag also symbolizes his conflicting ideology which completely disagrees with the principals of communism. Killing Lenin not only represents the end of communism but the start of Stalin’s reign. Stalin’s primary principal for calling these executions was to get rid of the politicians he felt were a threat to him. And while Lenin was already gone, it was Lenin’s followers who were Stalin’s greatest enemy. With them gone Stalin could start his own totalitarian agenda.

Recently, the EU accepted an Iranian oil sanction agreement, which in turn infuriated Iran. Their response was quick; they threatened to cut off maritime traffic through the Strait of Iran, where over a third of the world’s oil passes through. In this modern cartoon, Iran decides to enact their plan for blocking oil tanker passage through The Strait of Hormuz, and resultantly ending over 35% of the world’s oil importation resources. Iran, which is aggravated by such Western diplomacy, retaliates through nuclear threatening. Therefore, the UN, US, and various other bodies and nations have warned Iran to step back on their ‘aggressive’ note.

The jail cell means that the person is in danger of being sent to jail for going against what ACTA stand for. The jail sentences vary depending on what “illegal” action the person takes from illegally watching movies to illegally downloading songs.
The laptop is the source of internet which is what ACTA is trying to block from people.
The ACTA sign is just there to state that this is going on because the majority of the countries are willing to accept ACTA into their society.
The person is out of reach meaning they are out of reach of their freedom with the internet. The more ACTA limit our internet, the more we will long for everything we can’t have. Which is why the person is reaching but can’t get a hold of it; the government controls it. It is blind folded because along with his freedom, he can’t see or watch whatever he wants too. He’s not allowed too, so he’s sitting there in front of his laptop blindfolded and out of reach; blocking everything he wants from the internet.
Meaning;
The meaning of this cartoon is that the more ACTA gets in charge, the more we lose touch with our freedom with the internet. They took every other piece of freedom we had and now they’re taking control over the internet, checking what we do, preventing us from downloading music or movies and going on certain sites. This was to get our society to open their eyes so they can see what ACTA is going to do to their internet and seeing as today we depend on our internet a little too much, I think we will take control soon.

The fate of our earth and our environment lies in the hands of the future generations. They must be educated on the issues we face for the future. If things continue the way we do, our world will slowly deteriorate and the constant advancements in not-really-necessary technology that add to pollution will take over. Vicious Rat –Rats are often cast in vicious and aggressive roles when in fact, in addition to their shyness that helps keep them undiscovered. That being said, the black rat represents the Gaza Strip. Not only is the Gaza Strip been perceived as a negative country towards Israel due to the ongoing conflicts, but have been trying to approach Israel in a scheming manner for a long period of time. The rat is holding a dead dove, which signifies that the Gaza Strip have been killing the chance for peace between the two countries.
Dead Dove – Doves are often associated with the concept of peace and pacifism. That being said, the dead dove represents peace in Israel. However, the rat (which represents the Gaza Strip) has killed the dove, and have kept it in its mouth while being chased by the cat (Israel)

Free trade agreement means to trade freely without any tariffs. Some people say this is a good thing, since U.S, imported goods will be greatly cheaper. This is the "lure" of the FTA, which represented by a bone in the picture. However, only United states could be benefit from FTA.
Let's take rice as an example, calrose rice are much cheaper in U.S then in South Korea, this results that Korean customer buying calrose rice instead of domestic rice produced by Korean farmer since it is way more cheaper. Therefore, Korean farmer will lose their job.
It is not only rice, but a lot of products will be brought into Korea, and we have no rights to decline them or anything. This only results in helpingthe economy of the U.S instead and destroying Korea's economy, This will results in mass unemployment in Korea .Also, There is no way that Korea's corporations can compete with Big American corporations, this means United states will govern and controlling us.
